everydayACTOR again brings a weekend seminar and practical training, this time on the topic:
Fears and blocks,
or what holds us back while performing in front of people?
What will it be about? 👀👇
Would you like to communicate fluently, present yourself pleasantly or lead a meeting at work without your knees shaking?
Do you have a lump in your throat or sweaty hands when you have something to say in front of your colleagues ?
Through practical exercises, we will guide you through selected areas of speaking in front of people, such as voice preparation, work with emotions, body language, work with energy. At the same time, we will complete a number of exercises in the field of psychology or neuroscience in order to acquire new habits of self-confidence and also understand our fears and blocks.
The training is led by a lecturer with many years of experience Mgr.art. Naďa Uherová, ArtD. More than 2,000 clients, primarily from the business environment, have gone through her individual or group trainings. The number of places at the training is limited so that the lecturer can attend to everyone and give individual feedback and recommendations.
