About event
The all-day workshop of systemic constellations and work with energy, which will take place on 6/21 in Banská Bystrica, has the theme:
TRUTH
– the general one that goes beyond us, and the personal one that is revealed in our family stories.
Through constellation principles, we will explore how personal truth is intertwined with what lives in the family system. We will ask ourselves questions:
Where do I stand and what am I facing?
Where am I heading?
We will also engage in practical exercises to learn to perceive the truth in ourselves, in our body and in our relationships. In the chamber group, there will be space for your own deep work and putting your problem into a constellation.
The main goal of the workshop is practice – through conscious practice, we learn to accept what is and freely create our life in accordance with the truth.
Because when accepting the truth ceases to be a struggle, space opens up for freedom and the creation of our own life.
We repeat the basic constellation principles. with each arrangement, and therefore we get to know them mainly through practice - through the perception of the dynamics of movement in relationships. The meeting will be primarily focused on practical:
- how to put the "problem" into a constellation,
- how to perceive what the arrangement says about the situation,
- how to work with one's own energy and consciously perceive the dynamics of energy in the group.
Practical exercises in pairs will also be included.
The workshop is suitable for therapists, but also for anyone who feels the need for a deeper self-discovery.
We start: 9:00
We finish: 18:30
With short breaks and a one-hour lunch break (each at their own expense).
Small refreshments will be available.
Furthermore, from 2:00 p.m., I also open entry for those interested from outside. Those who arrive in the afternoon have the opportunity to build their own constellation or join a role. Regardless of whether you come for the whole workshop or just for the afternoon, you have the space to experience the power of the constellations.
If you are interested, write me a message to reserve a place for you.
You are warmly welcome to the solstice energy. ☀️
