chakras are energy centers. Each chakra is associated with a certain part of the body, emotions and organs. Through the fine vinyas flow we can work beautifully with individual chakras and help the balance in the body, directly on several levels, not only the physical, but also mental and emotional.

This 2 hour workshop is suitable for those who want to learn more about the chakra system or enjoy 120 minutes in yoga therapeutic flow. Beginners can participate and advance.
The workshop is not suitable for pregnant women.
