About event
Do you enjoy creating and do you like candle flames? Come make your own candles and enjoy the time that will be yours alone.
Advent is the ideal opportunity to slow down for a while, take care of yourself and create something that will really please you and your loved ones.
We will be making tea cast candles from beeswax and soy wax and a larger bottled beeswax candle. Beeswax is unique in its properties and effects on our health.
Next, we will talk about how to recognize a quality candle, the burning of which does not harm our health. And those interested can try cleaning aluminum cups so that they can be reused in the production of tea candles. The aluminum from which the teacups are made is a rare material that can be reused many times without the need for industrial recycling.
When: 9.12. and 13.12., always from 4 p.m., will last 2-2.5 hours depending on your enthusiasm.
Where: Library of Things Brno, Masarykova 32
Entrance fee: 200 CZK
! Registration for both dates: https://shorturl.at/ZHHg2 !
Please bring a piece of bubbly with you foil for wrapping manufactured candles.
Marie Čermák Švomová will guide you through the workshop.
