About event
Heroes from the title pages
How socialist propaganda depicted female heroines - working mothers, tractors, scientists or sportswoman? 🤔 And why should they be the model for the whole society? In the interactive workshop we look at the period press and reveal what role the female face played in building ideal paintings. The participants will try a critical analysis of the texts and the creation of their own "title page" that shows what similar heroines might look like today.
