About event
Sunday workshops in Žižkostel! There are two waiting for us in winter 2024, 17.11. and 1.12. We are listing two levels - 17.11. intermediate and OPEN LEVEL, 1.12. intermediate and advanced.
Intermediate - 10:00-12:30
OPEN LEVEL (17.11.) / Advanced (1.12.) - 13:30-16:00
What do you need to know to enjoy it with us?
OPEN LEVEL: Have you tried acro a few times or have you been training for several years? Everything is OK! Send us what you are interested in and what you want to work on, we will bounce from it.
Intermediate: 2 high good, Lbase F2H low and extended, reverse star (all can be with spotting)
Advanced: Standing F2H, experience with H2H Lbase
You need to come to the workshop in pairs - with an agreed base/flyer.
What awaits you?
In two and a half hours we will go through a warm-up, a short window "be a better flyer/base", where we will offer you specific exercises that will step on the gas for your acro progress, some games leading to better spotting, we will definitely manage one round "try it with a different base/flyer" and then let's dive into L base and standing acro. We will emphasize quality spotting, communication and recognition of partial successes that need to be celebrated.:) You will find novel elements as well as diving into old familiar positions and testing their limits.
Price:
CZK 500 for individuals
