I will teach you to exercise spiral stabilization of the spine (SPS), or SM-System. Method MUDr. Richarda Smíška has helped many patients from musculoskeletal pain and is also successful in preventing and regeneration for athletes or all sedentary employment. which we explain the basic principles of the method, the causes of back pain and how spiral stabilization helps in the treatment of back pain. with an emphasis on repetition and correction of exercises.
