Experience the intersection between music, poetry, and storytelling in this multi-part generative workshop and live performance with leaders in their field. Musician Lewis Childs will accompany creative facilitators, Brian Rohr and Lisa Kagan for an experimental and immersive evening.
Together, we'll go on a sonic journey, weaving through a variety of musical prompts writing poems inspired by live music, all performed by a master songwriter.
The evening will also feature performances of original music by Lewis Childs and poems/stories performed by Brian Rohr, along with special guests.
This event offers you the chance to kindle your creative spark, learn new ways to deepen and expand your writing practice, and connect more with creative community.
All are welcome, no previous writing experience necessary.
