Workplace Wellbeing Conference (#WWCon2025) is a professional conference for leaders, business owners and CEO's.
It will be held on 13/11/2025 in Hotel Devín in Bratislava.
For the third time we will focus on the strategic topic of the quality of working life.
The main theme of the conference is *WELLBEING INSIDE OUT* - i.e. like our tomorrow's setting and well-being affects our performance, satisfaction and health, not only at the level of individuals but also of the entire company.
Among the speakers will be, for example, mental coach Marián Jelínek (known for working with top athletes) or psychologist Aleš Bednařík (expert on positive psychology at work), Tomáš Eichler (neurogeneticist and author of scientific and popular scientific articles), who will bring a view of well-being from the perspective of personal development and psychology. Andrej Zaťko (365.bank), Ivan Sokáč (OLO) and Juraj Benetin (Compass Architekti) will share their stories in the successful format of the discussion "to the body" - LEADERSH*TS.
Dragana Smolovic (VUB), Alica Štepánová Kollarová (Henkel) will present their experiences from the business world in a discussion with Igor Franček (Jaguar Land Rover). Miroslava Rychtárechová (TESCO) will speak separately on the topic of meaningfulness in work. Lenka Adamčiak (Swiss Re) will introduce resilience and responsibility as a strategy in business and leader development.
There will also be other experts from practice - from HR leaders to corporate well-being consultants who will share valuable knowledge and tips with you.
