www neurobeat:
The band www originated in the early 1990s in Prague. No one in the Czech Republic knew at that time that the name of the band later would get a whole new meaning. Originally the name WWW was an abbreviation of the English “We Want Word”. As one of the first rap bands around WWW, they concentrated the first Czech hip -hop culture enthusiasts, co -creating the foundations of the local graffiti, Breakdanc and turntable scene. At the end of the millennium, the groups temporarily disintegrated. WWW returned to the scene with the debut album Neurobeat only in 2006 thanks to the newly established independent label Biggboss. In the Czech Republic, they are sometimes compared to bands like Beastie Boys, Massive Attack, Nin or Young Gods. Several times they found themselves in the skin of the headliners of large music festivals in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. They also played concerts in Holland or Paris and were nominated for several music awards, including the Angel Award. The visual aspect and provocative poetic texts are equally important for WWW. Attempt to overlap. Theater. Show. Movement. Hype. Two entities, one energy. If it's not aloud, it's not good. Warm up the shifting hands of the burning chapters. No crew but two -headed mace ...
