In X-Men, the humans were mutants with extraordinary powers. They were capable of things that ordinary people could not. This created fear, anxiety, rejection, and a desire for control.
Why is this course called X-men, and what does it have to do with us?
Have you ever felt that you are so different, so different—and maybe so alone?
All your life you have been different, but have you tried to hide it?
In what areas have you still pretended to be “normal,” average?
And in how many areas you think about yourself that Are you incompetent, bad, or that something is definitely not right for you?
Do you have children or do you work with children?
These days, many children are labeled differently, "problems" — they disrupt class, don't follow the rules, or on the contrary: they are quiet, withdrawn, don't say what they need... They have learning difficulties... And various labels (ADHD, ADD, OCD, PAS), anxiety, fears.
A question touched me from the first moment in Access:
"What if what you believe to be a flaw is actually YOUR STRENGTH?"
What shortcomings do you have that are actually your superpowers?
What would your life be like if you changed the way you look at yourself, your children, your partner? What if you no longer judged yourself or others?
A lot of things changed in our home when we changed our point of view about ourselves and our children. That's why I chose to pass on these tools, so that more and more people can live in joy, lightness, and acceptance of themselves and others.
In this full-day course, we look at the areas that oppress and squeeze you, where you are stuck. Whether it is a relationship, creation, education or work... Where you experience yourself as flawed, we will look at things from a different perspective. We clean, let go, liberate.
And you get tools for change — to create something completely new.
The participants of the course wrote that after the training, they began to operate from a completely different space. Peace has been created at home, and previously problematic situations are handled differently.

Participation in the course requires an Access Bars course at any official Bars facilitator.
The price of the course is the amount determined by Access Consciousness: €550.
Children up to the age of 15 can attend for free if accompanied by a paying parent. accompanied.
