Location: Heiligensee, Berlin - Reinickendorf
About event
As always on the 4th Sunday of the month we meet at 9 a.m. for the Berlin XXL running meeting. This time we meet for approx. 44 km at the S Bahnhof Heiligensee and walk a circuit via Tegel, Jungfernheide, Hakenfelde, the Spandauer Forest back to the start.
There is the LGM-typical luggage transport and every eight to ten kilometers Meal breaks provided by volunteers from LG Mauerweg Berlin.
Carers are still being sought!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At this running meeting we run at the tried and tested pace of approx. 6:30 min/km (+/-10 seconds).
Walking breaks are not planned.
Please bring your own (folding) Cup with.
We ask runners who are not (yet) members of the LG Mauerweg for a contribution of 15 euros in cash for luggage transport and food at the aid points!
