Because the last three times YOGA BEAT FUSION meets LIVE PIANO were so much fun, we are now heading into the fourth round:
Together with pianist Elena Escouflaire we are conjuring up a very special special! ❤️
You are invited to relieve emotional and physical stress, find your flow state and enjoy the moment.
Elena's live piano creations form the basis for this yoga class. Barbara guides you through a choreography of yoga asanas to the rhythm of her music. As you synchronize your breath and movement, flowing, harmonious sequences emerge.
Following this active flow, there is time for relaxing Yin Yoga and an extensive Shavasana.
