Yoga by the Sea

In all classes we will focus on finding a connection with your breath, the correct alignment of poses, learning how to be comfortable with our own bodies; and helping you to focus on the present moment, appreciating the sea and outdoor space around us.

Classes are €7 for the first class, €10 per class thereafter, €30 for 4 classes.

Classes will be in English, but I also speak Spanish and French.

Please bring your own mat.
