Join us every Sunday at 9:00 am at the beautiful Bogatell Breakwater.

In our Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation practice, we invite you to connect with the energy of the sea, while you disconnect from daily stress and nourish yourself with the magic of the elements of the beach.

✨ Our Class Includes: ✨

• Beginning Ritual with Breathing Techniques and Brief Meditation to center your mind and prepare your body.

• Pranayama to activate your vital energy and find balance.

• Dynamic asanas to strengthen your body and make your mind more flexible.

• Final Relaxation in Special and Magical Savasana, with the integration of essential oils and relaxing sounds that will take you to a state of deep calm.

Practice suitable for beginners.
