Join Jeff Amram for an afternoon of wellness and connection to body, mind, and heart. We will begin with a 1.5 hour yoga class at the studio open to all levels, followed by a 2 hr Forest Bathing experience on Mt Tabor.
Jeff is a certified Forest Bathing / Forest Therapy guide trained with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. Much of the forest bathing experience will involve walking slowly, or being in stillness as Jeff guides participants to explore the natural world using their senses, thereby offering a chance to slow down, be in the present moment, and connect with nature in a way that perhaps many of us are not accustomed to.
More detailed information regarding logistics of the walk will be sent to registered participants as the time approaches.
Yoga: 1-2:30pm in Yoga Refuge studio
Forest Bathing: 3-5pm at Mt. Tabor
$65 for Yoga + Forest Bathing
$45 for Forest Bathing only
