The special body & mind experience! Immerse yourself in a unique yoga practice! Imagine a comfortably warm gallery in which body and art are atmospherically connected... a moment for all the senses.
What awaits you: Yin yoga is a calm, meditative yoga style in which the individual asanas (postures) are held for longer. The practice therefore has an effect on a physical, energetic and mental level.
You will experience an atmospheric session starting with meditation and breathwork and of course many supple Yin asanas.
Learn how you can find physical and mental peace in a special place. Ideal for anyone who wants to build up their personal energy reserves on the weekend of the first Advent.
