Yoga in Park Eduardo VII

Event by: Yoga with @shanedoesyoga
Location: Lisbon Book Fair, Lisboa
About event
This class is a mix of stillness and movement, Hatha and Vinyasa, with a focus on alignment and breath.
I always try to match the class with the astrological weather 🌌
Variations for beginners and regulars are offered, with lots of hands-on adjustments, so all levels are welcome! The class consists of breathwork (pranayama), poses (asanas), and a short guided meditation (yoga nidra). The goal is that you leave the mat a little more peaceful than when the hour started ✨
🎒Please bring your own mat and any props you may need
🗣️Class is conducted in English
🌧️Class will be cancelled in the event of rain
