Our usual Saturday morning yoga takes a beautiful turn this week…
Instead of the studio, we’ll be flowing outside — under the open sky, grounded on the earth, and surrounded by the peaceful energy of nature.
Join us for a gentle Stretch & Flex class focused on releasing tension, softening the body, and connecting more deeply to Mother Nature and yourself. 🌳✨
🧘♀️ What to bring:
– Yoga mat
– Water bottle
– Extra layer (it might be a bit chilly)
– Your smile & good vibes 💛
☂️ If it drizzles: We’ll move to Altánok (the covered wooden shelter nearby) — so come rain or shine, we move together.
Come celebrate movement, breath, and community outdoors.
