Yoga & Ligconcert

Come back to yourself after the busy Sinterklaas days and get ready for a relaxing winter period. In this yoga XL, Iona takes you on a yoga journey with the theme "Earth", in which you will learn through grounding and strengthening postures moves with your breathing.

In the last part of the lesson you can completely relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of saxophonist Onno van Swigchem and double bassist Marien Albertsboer. Release the tension and immerse yourself in a world of peace and serenity.
