Yoga Origin @Citadel Park

Searching for our Origin.
Waking up. Activating. Holding. Hugging. Loving.
Connecting with who we really are.

In this morning Anusara Yoga class we will look for Love. We will look for ourselves.
We will connect through an initial meditation with our primordial Calm. We will continue with fluid and organic movements seeking a link with our animal Essence. Once awakened we will embrace the asanas and venerating our Body we will seek our Divinity.

Your Body is the Temple
Your Mantra is Prayer
Your Ritual is Support
Your Being is Divinity
Your Pilgrimage is Yoga
