About event
The series of concerts "With classic through Poland" is a project of the Polish musical impresario implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance in all regions of the country. He promotes classical and jazz music by promoting excellent artists and an ambitious repertoire in places where the audience does not interact with ambitious art on a daily basis and is not able to participate in interesting and various cultural activities.

POLONEZ D-DUR, op. 4
𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧 - it is considered one of the leading violinists of its generation. She began learning to play the violin at the age of seven under the direction of her parents - Konrad and Alicja Dragan.
She is a pupil of the legendary Professor Zakhar Bron. She studied in the renowned Escuelv Superior de Música Reina Sofía in Madrid and at the Music Academy Karol Lipiński in Wrocław. At the age of 15, she debuted with a solo recital in the New York Carnegie Weill Recital Hall.
She is a laureate of over 60 prizes in prestigious violin competitions around the world, including International Violin Competition Dawid Ojstrach, the International Competition Karol Lipiński and Henryk Wieniawski. In 2024 she won the first prize at the renowned Princess Astrid International Violin Competition in Norway.
As a soloist, she appeared in the most recognized concert halls in the world, including at the Berlin Philharmonic, Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid, Konzerthaus Berlin, Rachmaninowa room in Moscow and at the Royal Palace in Warsaw. She cooperated with outstanding orchestras in Europe, Asia and North America. She also performed at many prestigious music festivals.
In 2021 her debut album with Sergei Prokofiev and Jenő Hubaya's works was released, recorded with pianist Roust Saitkoulin on the violin Stradivarius from the so -called "Golden period." He won a silver medal at the International Piano Competition Van Cliburna in 2017, bronze medal at the International Competition Czajkowski in 2019 and the Christel de Haan Classical Fellowship scholarship as the winner of the American Pianists Awards in 2021.
He began learning to play the piano at the age of 6. Growing up in Minneapolis, he studied under the direction of dr. Joseph Zins at Crocus Hill Studios in Saint Paul. In 2016, he graduated from Moores School of Music at the University of Houston, where he studied at Nancy Weems and at Park University in Parkville (Missouri).
also engaging in teaching, Broberg was an artist resident at the university in Indianapolis, Distingished Fellow of Piano in Piano in Piano in Piano in Piano Oberlin- Como Academy and an adjunct piano at Escuel Superior de Música Reina Sofía in Madrid.
appearing on stages and in concert halls on five continents, Brobleg cooperated with many of the most valued conductors of the world, such as Ludovic Morlot, Kent Nagano, Leonard Slatkin, Wasily Pietrene, Michael Sanderling, Nicholas Milton, John Storgårds, Carlos Miguel Prieto, Gerard Schwarz and Nicholas McGan. He played with numerous orchestras, including Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the National Russian orchestra, State Academic Symphony Orchestra. Svetlanowa, as well as symphony orchestras from Minnesota, Montreal, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Sydney, Seattle and Fort Worth. He performed on WQXR, Performance Today, Minnesota Public Radio, ABC (Australia) Radio and NPR.
The series of concerts "With classic through Poland" in Lower Silesia is co -organized by the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The operator of the undertaking is the Culture and Art Center in Wrocław - Lower Silesian Culture Laboratory. The project financed from the funds of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage and the budget of the Local Government of the Lower Silesian Voivodship.
