🇩🇪🇨🇿 We invite you to a discussion about the current state of official recognition of gender identity in two countries - which is now taking place without the obligation of castration in the Czech Republic and based on the principle of self-determination in Germany.
👉 The program includes three thematic blocks: current Czech legislative developments from the point of view of those who were behind the current change, and experience from Germany regarding the preparation and adoption of the Self-Determination Act (SBGG) and finally the pan-European dimension of the topic identity recognition - from ECtHR jurisprudence to the future. 🏳️⚧️
📍 The event is free, interpretation into the Czech language and light refreshments are provided. Unfortunately, the venue of the event is not barrier-free.
