Once daily noise has died on the forest, leaves in the trees are absorbed by the last sun's rays and the ponds turn into an endless black pool, the bats go on their first evening. It circles between the trees, spilling over the water bodies and the singing, whose ultrasonic waves shine into the darkness as reflectors, searching for something to eat ...

With the help of an ultrasonic detector, we find out how the rich sound repertoire of bats have and how different types of bats differ from each other, 17 of whom are demonstrably present in Prague. We will try to learn to distinguish them and introduce their specific features. We will also be accompanied by one of the domesticated, permanently handicapped bats. Professional management of bat excursions will be provided by lecturers from the Czech Society for the Protection of Bats.

The excursion can fit about 20–25 participants). The price is 150 CZK for the participant, children under 6 years have an excursion for free.
🕰 The excursion begins at 9 pm and lasts about an hour.
🔦 We recommend taking a flashlight and suitable clothes and shoes in the field. 😊
