About event
👨👩👧👦If you are a young, starting family business and have not yet thought much about future development, this is the event exactly for you. Do you know that most companies do not overcome business obstacles in the first 3-5 years?
Don't end up like them and learn from the best. How did those who managed to stay on the market for more than 20 years as a family company do it? 🤔
What would they do differently today? Is it even possible to do business sustainably today when consolidation changes or market uncertainty do not seem like optimistic prospects? We'll talk, give advice and first-hand experience.👍
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
⏺️Recipe for long-term success
⏺️What helped family businesses grow
⏺️3 things that successful family businesses would do differently today
⏺️Whether crises in their business were only about money
⏺️Factors of sustainable business from a perspective expert
⏺️Discussion, experience, advice and recommendations
Presenter:
🧑💼Michal Demeter, business director of RISO-R production of jams and jams. Today, the company operates as a family business with two generations of family representation in the top management.
