The course is designed for all who are interested in Nordic walking, but have no or only minimal experience.
During the two -hour block we will learn the right technique by gradually involving individual steps. We will also complement the training with a lot of important information.
Already in the lesson you will see for the benefits that Nordic Walking offers: activation of a large number of muscles throughout the body, relieving joints on the lower limbs, stretching shortened parts or proper coordination.
You will get basic theoretical and practical instructions for you to run Nordic Walking yourself in practice.
