Základní skupinový kurz nordic walking

Do you want to lose weight healthy? Would you like to get fit and move the whole body? Would you like to clean your head and feel mentally better? Would you like to know new people with similar interests? Are you after an accident or injury and are looking for a gentle sport? Do you need to increase your self -confidence?

We start in Prague near the metro C Roztyly and go through the Krč forest. To ensure an individual approach, the course is designed for a maximum of 4 to 6 persons. Lesson length 2 hours. E does in any weather (except for permanent rain or storm).

The lesson is designed for complete beginners and people without fitness. During the opening course we will learn the basic technique of walking with Nordic walking sticks, we will not forget to practice!

- Cancellation free of charge 24 hours before the start of the event
- cancellation 6 hours to 24 hours before the start of the event: We charge 50% of the fee (can be sent)
- cancel participation less than 6 hours before starting the event:
