SM System A–B is the gateway to the method of Spiral Stabilization (MDr. Richard Smíšek) - an effective exercise that helps:
✅ prevent pain and overload of the spine,
✅ regenerate the musculoskeletal system,
✅ improve posture and stability,
✅ solve scoliosis and disc herniations,
✅ balance unilateral load in athletes.
