Dear ladies,
if you are interested in facial yoga and a natural way to rejuvenate your face, make space for yourself and come to a facial yoga course.
We will learn warm-up, basic exercises for the whole face, work out the face and décolleté and end the course with a pleasant relaxing massage.
Each participant will receive cards with exercises to take home and an individual plan.
The price of the course is €69.
