What I will learn:
➡️ What is a crisis, how and why it arises, how to recognize it and how to it can be responded to
➡️ How to conduct a conversation with a client in crisis
➡️ What are the techniques of crisis intervention
➡️ How to work with specific groups of clients
➡️ I will try everything practically in model situations
Who is Mgr. et Mgr. Aneta Habartová:
- Graduated from social work and psychotherapy studies at
Masaryk University
- Professionally engaged in social work within the Diocesan Charity,
South Moravian Regional Center for the Support of Foreigners ,
methodical work and client support within the organization Anabell
currently works as a crisis interventionist on the
safety line within the Blue Line organization
- She is a long-time trainer of crisis intervention topics
