About event
Super practical monthly cycle of meeting with yourself, with body and with yourself in the body.
exactly tailored to you, based on your wishes and needs!
I often talk about how important it is to perceive your body, how important it is to get into the body and anchor in it, But you come from you repeatedly feedback that you do not know how.
Due to the great interest at the weekend seminars on this topic, I have prepared for you a cycle of 4 evening meetings, where we dive into the basics of working with the body so that you can take away from them as much as possible for you immediately usable in practice ❤️
What can you expect? For anyone who wants to know more about how the body-motion connection works and that it is possible to perceive it and consciously treat it.
Feelings and experiences, but you will experience how and why to work with the body on a daily basis (and feelings, internal content and experiences).
I look forward to it!
