About event
Another behind-the-scenes concert, this time with the band ZAPOMĕLSEM, which is not unknown to the Jesenice audience and once opened this type of concert with the launch of their album. The concert starts at the Petr Bezruč Theater at 8 p.m.
The Zapoměls music project, which is backed by the Brno-Jeseniky songwriter Aleš Macenauer, captured the Czech alternative scene in 2021 with the album Mésíc ve váza. The original folk aesthetic fades away from his second album Jesnou from 2023, and the album shifts to an electronic sound dominated by synths, dance beats and post-punk guitars. The compositions, in the form of collage fragments, tell about a burning night city, over which spaceships fly, about inner blocks into which stars fall, and over which ghosts on the roofs whisper that we will be drunk. Songwriting manuscript transferred to the dance floor of a sad disco. Jesenice melancholy at a party.
Due to the support of the musicians, ADMISSION IS VOLUNTARY.
MKZ Jeseník is organized.
