Have you heard of Forest Mind? Come and experience it at Lesopark Chrasť. Certified lecturer Petra Sara Pavitra will guide you through the wilderness of Lesopark.
The forest mind will teach you to calm down, relax, recharge your batteries, sharpen your senses. It will show you how you can perceive yourself, your body and everything around more deeply.
We are preparing two walks:
1:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. - a playful form of Forest Mind for children and parents
16.00 - 17.30 hrs. - an in-depth form of Forest Mind for adults
We meet behind the playground area of Lesopark Chrasť, near the benches with a fireplace and a new gazebo. (meeting place applies to both walks).
