We invite you to the unique art therapy experience - a meeting that will take you to your inner country. In the middle of the artistic expression, we immerse ourselves into the space we carry in ourselves - the endless landscape of our imagination.
🎨 through the drawing, colors and symbols we will discover, name and record our country - not head, but feelings. Come to stop and discover what is hidden in your own country. It helps a person to better understand each other through creation. It allows you to relax emotions, manage stress, build self -confidence and restore connection with ourselves. Everyone creates a unique work, an authentic trace of their feelings.
🧑🧑🧒🧒 Part of our meeting is also group dynamics - although we create each of our own work, but at the same time we are part of the common space. In the process we will be able to show our work to each other and, if you want to share what was done in the creation. Sharing is enriching because we mirror new views and inspirations. The group works as a picture of the real world where everyone brings their creative voice.
