We invite you to an art therapy workshop on the topic "My boundaries", which offers a space for silence, self-discovery and a creative meeting with yourself.

The image used in the invitation is only illustrative - in art therapy it is not about painting according to a model or about artistic perfection. Free, spontaneous creation based on your inner experience, feelings and thoughts that just need to be heard is important.

The My Boundaries theme invites you to explore where your personal boundaries are in your life – physical, emotional, relational and internal. Through colors, shapes, lines and symbols, you will have the opportunity to express what protects you, what strengthens you, where you feel safe and where, on the contrary, you need more space or clearer "yes" and "no".

We will focus on how we create boundaries, how we perceive them and how we work with them in everyday relationships. Art creation allows you to capture not only where your boundaries are today, but also how you would like them to be.

In a safe and supportive environment, we will work with a short initial attunement, guided creation and subsequent sharing of the meanings that emerge in your works. Although sharing is voluntary, it is often very beneficial - it allows a deeper understanding of oneself, inspiration from the stories of others and a feeling of acceptance in the group.

No previous experience with painting is required - only openness, curiosity and a willingness to explore oneself with kindness are important.

The workshop is intended for everyone who wants to better understand their needs, strengthen the ability to protect their own space and take away get a visual image of your boundaries as a support for everyday life.
