In our daily rush, we often forget to stop. To hear your own breath, to feel silence, to be only here and now. The painting "Silence" is an invitation to this inner peace.
You don't need to have any previous painting experience. Adel will guide you through the entire process step by step. The activity is suitable for both beginners and advanced (non)artists. In addition to creativity, you can relax pleasantly with us, as painting is a great form of mental hygiene that relieves you of stress and tension.
