My dears 😊, I invite you to an experiential workshop, this time with the theme Gratitude and 27 wishes. The theme in the run-up to Christmas encourages balance and reflection, but also personal desires. ❤️
The workshop uses elements of art therapy and bibliotherapy, i.e. reading, writing and drawing, but also other forms of creative expression. 🙂 We will work with the story of the book Words of Thanks by the author Delphine de Vigan.
We will look for words and language to describe our inner feelings and thereby improve our internal and external communication, which has positive effects on relationships, self-confidence and self-awareness.
Telling stories, creative writing and reading helps to delve into the problem, change the point of view, try to understand and find the answer. Seeing other perspectives, understanding other people's and own past, upsetting symptoms or experiencing feelings of hope, satisfaction and empathy. And this has long been considered medicinal.
