🌺 CYCLE OF 3 MEETINGS - 17.11.2024, 15.12.2024 and 12.01.2025 🌺
If you want to understand your female body, GET RID OF PAIN, take care of yourself in harmony with nature, cultivate inner peace, this the cycle is designed for you.
You will learn what is the basis of women's health and how to cultivate this EXCEPTIONAL GIFT throughout life. You will also gain practical experience from the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine. You will experience an energy treatment during which you will dive into yourself and discover inner peace.

☘️ How to nourish your body and give it what it lacks?

The whole cycle consists of 3 blocks, during which we will focus on individual topics. Each session will include a theoretical part, after which we will enjoy various techniques and yoga exercises. You definitely have something to look forward to.
☀️ We will talk about how to nourish your body and supplement what it lacks.
☀️ We will treat ourselves to a relaxing massage, nourish the yin pathways.
☀️ We will teach with useful points, we will warm up with healing moxa.
☀️ We will devote ourselves to our cycle, supporting its 4 phases.
☀️ We will tell each other everything and the causes of difficulties and what about them.
