We are opening a new unique Healthy Movement course, designed for everyone who is just starting to exercise, for mothers after giving birth, for those who have not exercised for a long time, for the elderly.
During the month of training, you will try out various aids and exercise equipment, and especially that you will learn to use them with the correct exercise technique🙂👍
