Imagine Rio de Janeiro in a whirlwind of colors, intoxicating merriment and wild dance. Smiling people sway to the rhythm of samba in unmistakable costumes. Since childhood, Veronika Lálová has wanted to become part of the most famous carnival in the world. Her dream came true and she was even allowed to dance as the so-called Musa in the biggest Brazilian city. How did she like living temporarily in beautiful Rio de Janeiro, how did she enjoy the carnival and how did she manage to get the prestigious role? How are the rehearsals for the carnival and what exactly is a samba dance school? And would you like to see such carnival samba with your own eyes?

Veronika Lálová is a successful Czech dancer who, together with Zdeňek Piškula, became the winner of StarDance 2016 and in 2018, as David Svoboda's partner, took third place. She is also a multiple champion of the Czech Republic in couple and solo salsa. She is dedicated to all Latin styles and carnival samba, which she studied as part of a dance internship in Brazil. She danced in the prestigious position of Musa at the world-famous carnival in Rio de Janeiro. He organizes tours to Brazil. She is also a presenter on OK TV and a dance teacher.
