About event
🌀 Cyclic woman 2 - Dynamic phase
or
How to create, plan and not lose yourself?
How to benefit from the gifts of the dynamic phase? The body and the mind come to life, we want to plan, create, start new things.
The dynamic phase is like an inner spring. A period of new beginnings and ideas.
But… do you know the other side? However, fatigue comes, a fall. Days
• How to plan, create and at the same time do not forget to care for yourself
There is a sharing, inspiration, gentle stop and conscious attunement to your cycle. You won't be alone. In the circle of women we have space to be exactly where you are now. Without comparison. Without pressure.
