Share and experiential circle for mothers 👩 in Prague on 4. 4. 2025 with the theme: Where do your boundaries start and end?
⭕Naje children are happiness, but sometimes we just want to be alone. Experience the feeling of you for at least a few hours, you are heard without evaluation and enjoy moments without children to return to your family charged with new energy.
The topic of the circle:
Everywhere we talk about setting the child's boundaries, that they feel safe and knows what framework it can move. But can we set them even to ourselves - to make us feel safe? For me, the topic of borders is very personal and important, at the same time demanding.
The border is very much related to self -love and relationship to each other. If we often cross our boundaries and rather fulfill the wishes of others, how do we show up to our satisfaction, our health? Of course, we are moms and naturally meet the needs of our child. But if we go over for a long time, what will our child learn? That it is okay to be exhausted and constantly delay at the expense of someone else's satisfaction?

We will shine these questions and other similar questions on the circle.
