I call you in a common circle on our exceptional women's day on Saturday 8.3. 17: 30-20: 30 in Naturez, in Nová Bana, we will work with the topic: a woman's essence. Let's dive together in the depth of this essence so that we can bring it more in authenticity, in true power, female tenderness ..

We will share, immerse ourselves and internal journey through meditation and internal work. We learn to share, listen, receive, learn to be women, daughters, sisters, mothers, wives, mistresses, we learn to be the same, we support and inspire each other ...

Something about me:
She was interested in human psyche, so I decided to study psychology. But I wanted to go deeper, so the roads led me to India and Brazil. I have completed various seminars and training aimed at working with my shadows, emotions, working with a wounded child, in order to contact my internal nature and develop my potential. I am on the way of a yoga that I perceive as a path of self -knowledge. In my work I combine elements of Western and Eastern psychology, yoga, expressive therapies, spirituality and shamanism. I am a guide on the path of self -knowledge and my intention is to help reveal and show the hidden potential of our being to live a fulfilled life in love and harmony. years as medicine for ritual purposes. Its quality that awakens is love. It opens the heart, relaxes and allows it to be connected with yourself and with others deeper than before. It helps to turn fear into love and joy.
