About event
Dear women,
we invite you to nourishing and supporting meetings where we will focus on ourselves. This time we will be accompanied by a musical instrument Harmonium that will help us open our voices.
Singing mantras is a way to calm the mind, tune in to inner peace. It helps us tell us the truth, stand behind, be present and in harmony with yourself and what goes beyond us.
Our voice and the female womb are deeply interconnected and the more we are open, the deeper we can sink into our femininity. 🫶
Why a female circle? 🌼
Do you ever feel under the pressure of external circumstances? and rest,
⭕ one of the most healing forms of the female soul.
The nature of women and female essences is to meet with other women. Sharing and inspiration are deeply rooted in us.
In the circle we are leaning on clues:
⚪️ Confidentiality,
⚪️ talking object,
⚪️ I share myself,
⚪️ I listen to my heart,
⚪ ⚪ saying from the heart,
⚪️ for hours. 😌

👩 Lenka Brandtnerová: When I spent a couple of weeks in the Avram, India, I was fascinated by what devotion and love people sang and how the atmosphere immediately changed in space. Here I started to play the harmonium, which supports the opening of our voice.
I love moments at Harmonia - when the voice vibrates through space and carries the tenderness, strength and silent surrender. I am happy to share these moments as a space where we can forget everything for a while… And just be. The circle creates a safe place for sharing and mutual inspiration.
