Ženský kruh v Nivenke 🪷

I invite you to a circle of women where you can for a moment put down your everyday role and just be.

We will take time for ourselves - we will start with a gentle sharing to tune each other and create a safe space for deeper relaxation.

We will move, breathe, dance, slow down.

Mindfulness exercises, yoga and work with the nervous system will help us relax the body and be more receptive to ourselves and others.

Dance and free movement will bring lightness, joy and freedom. Everything without pressure and expectation - just the way you feel at the moment.

This circle is for you if you wish to:
✨ treat yourself to a break from the daily rush
✨ listen more to your body and your emotions
✨ experience a feeling of acceptance and closeness between women
✨ release tension - through movement, breath, or with tears
✨ get to know the tools that will help you feel lighter and calmer

I am looking forward to spending time together. 🌸
