A beloved woman,
I invite you for a weekend full of female care and love, learning of femininity, sister, to celebrate femininity during the spring equinox in the center of Naturez in Nová Bani 21.-23.3.3. the soul.
You can look forward to working with your body through yoga asanas, intuitive movement and dance, healing and harmonizing vibrations, working with a voice, a sound path, a sauna, a female perfume, an intuitive drawing, a massage and a great vegetarian meal.
program:
We will open the weekend on Friday at 17:00 with a fine yoga and explosive circle. After the evenings we will have a joint program and sauna - for those who will want. Relax. We will lead the workshop with Mirka Kroner. In the evening we have a cocoa heart ritual with a way of sound and healing songs. After the celebration evenings, we can look in a circle, sing even more and create a roll-on to remind our femininity.
On Sunday morning we will see our bodies and soul again by exercising. After breakfast we will have the time of integration, a ritual of gratitude and what happens at the moment. We end up with a delicious lunch at 13:00. And you can also look forward to a beautiful gift! 🌹
As women carry a lot of beliefs that prevent us from love, whether we look, what we are or we feel that others are more important than ourselves and we cannot find time for our external or internal care. However, we are suppressing ourselves, our needs, desires and we do not live in satisfaction and we ventilate our frustration around. I was interested in human psyche since I was a kid, so I decided to study psychology. But I wanted to go deeper, so the roads led me to India and Brazil. I have completed various seminars and training aimed at working with my shadows, emotions, working with a wounded child, in order to contact my internal nature and develop my potential.
I am on the way of yoga, which I perceive as a path of self -knowledge. In my work I combine elements of Western and Eastern psychology, yoga, expressive therapies, spirituality and shamanism.
I am a guide on the path of self -knowledge and my intention is to help reveal and show the hidden potential of our being to live a fulfilled life in love and in harmony. Musician, Facilitator of Labor with Voice
In my approach, I combine professional education in the functioning of human psyche with the knowledge of the healing potential of sound and our voice. I see music, singing and voice as instruments of creating inner harmony and reviving the human soul. I create space for relaxation and true connection with myself and mysteria that transcends us. Self -development and improvement of mental and physical health.
In addition, I live by music. I bring my heart to my concerts and invite you to connect yours. The music I offer to the world regenerates and invites to feel and pass on to the movement of our inner world. You could have experienced me as a pre -champion at Slovak concerts
