In Zero Forms Practice
we ask ourselves a very simple, ongoing research question:

Who can join the class?
Anyone who wants to get familiar with the language of Zero Forms, without previous experience. Anyone who is already familiar with the practice of Zero Forms and would like to dig deeper into how to interconnect the different ZF components, into one thriving movement system.
* Zero Forms – Joints Articulation is a concept of classes, that can be followed independently, whether you have or haven’t followed the previous classes.

The live streaming classes will be held on ZOOM platform (at 9.30am greek time) and all ZOOM links can be found in your THINKIFIC course per class.
The 10 live classes will be recorded & shared with the participants of the class maximum 1 day after each completed session on THINKIFIC platform, all shared videos will be available for participants to watch until 11 February 2025.
