🫂 Dear ones, we invite you to join a live support group - a space where you can meet those who care, share experiences and feel among your own.

➡️ To participate, you must fill out the form. It is advisable to donate from 5 euros - but if this is difficult now - just come.

This is a meeting for those who are faced with the challenges of adaptation, searching for themselves and their place in a new country/city, or experiencing anxiety or internal discomfort. For those for whom it is important to be heard without judgment and clichés.

The format is built on the principles of respect, equality and acceptance. There is no need to “conform” or explain yourself - just be is enough.

You can talk, you can listen, you can be silent - the main thing is not to be alone.
