In-person therapeutic group in Prague
“Crumbling into ashes is painful, sad, powerless and whatever else you like - but it’s definitely not shameful.” This is a group for those who are currently experiencing transformation. When the old supports burned down and new ones have not yet been built. We are creating a place where you don’t have to “put on face,” don’t pretend to be successful, and don’t try to live up to other people’s expectations.
What this group is about:
The abolition of shame. We legalize the right to be in ashes. This is not a dead end, but a necessary stage. Here you can be weak and confused - and it will be accepted with respect.
The luxury of a kind look. A space where they see you for real, without immediately trying to “fix” or evaluate. Under such a gaze, you can finally relax and start breathing.
A radical choice in favor of life. In the midst of external chaos, we learn to find a foothold within ourselves and regain the right to our own meanings.
This is a group for those who want to walk the path of rebirth carefully, without violence against themselves, in the living presence of other people.

“Growing up with alcohol is painful, painful, powerless and like forever - but it’s definitely not bad.” This group is for those who are currently living through the transformation. If the old supports burned out, but the new ones have not yet been awakened. We are creating a place where we can avoid “exposing ourselves”, not giving in to success, and not trying to witness other people’s achievements.
What is this group about:
Trashing soromu. We legalize the right to be with the pope. This is not a dead end, but a necessary stage. Here you can be weak and ruined - and yet you will be accepted with respect.
Sorry, let’s help you, don’t try to be kind, but appreciate it. With such a look, you can find yourself relaxing and start dying.

This group is for those who want to go through the paths of recovery with dignity, without violence against themselves, in the living presence of others people.
