About event
The tradition of this celebratory drumming event arose spontaneously more than 20 years ago, when the most anticipated "END OF THE WORLD" on Saturday 22 December 2012 did not arrive. About 30 little people came to Brno's Café Práh to express their joy at the fact that our beautiful blue planet is continuing its journey through space.
Since then, this celebratory event of playing the djembe and similar instruments has been held regularly - always on Tuesdays closest to the spring and autumn equinoxes and the summer and winter solstice.
For those who do not own instruments, Martin Maleček - the owner of the MASADA company and Marek Pečer - the organizer of the Krumlov Djembe marathon, will import them for loan.
On Tuesday, December 20, 2022, the the last 41 meetings in the defined 10-year period since the "end of the world" organized by Vilda Dvořák and for subsequent periods this drumming in Café Práh Marek Pečer took over. We live on...
